How do I lose my "belly fat"?

45 minutes or more of sustained aerobic exercise targets fat as its main source of energy. If you can pinch it, then you need this type of training to isolate the issue. Diet and strength training help aid tremendously in the process if approached properly. Sit-ups are ineffective for reducing "belly fat" and more of a myth than fact. Avoid the infomercials!

Walk-in Classes


No membership is required! Any and all who wish to attend our classes are welcome to join us. The left entrance to the Fitness Zone opens directly into our gymnasium and classroom. It is opened approximately 15 minutes prior to each class so students who are not members may enter the building.

Pay as you go or purchase a punch card for $40-50 from your instructor.
