A total body conditioning class with emphasis on your core muscles in your abs and back. This class uses tubes, weights, resistance bands, and balls. All equipment will be provided.

Children's Activity Gym

For ages 2-4, our activity gym gets your child moving and having fun.



The original dance party workout! Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and strength training in one 55 minute session. Can burn up to 800 calories. (On Goggle Calendar)

Class Schedule

Walk-in Classes

starting at $5

No membership is required! Any and all who wish to attend our classes are welcome to join us. The left entrance to the Fitness Zone opens directly into our gymnasium and classroom. It is opened approximately 15 minutes prior to each class so students who are not members may enter the building.

Pay as you go or purchase a punch card for $50 from your instructor.

Class Punch Cards Available


For your convenience each instructor sells punch cards that cover ten classes. The punch cards cost $50, depending on the cost of the class. Punch cards are not interchangeable between classes.

The Fitness Zone accepts checks and cash for our pre-paid punch cards. Please check with your instructor for his or her payment options.

Fitness Evaluations


Make an appointment with Kevin or Brenda for a full fitness evaluation. We measure your body across five spots, take a digital body fat reading, and put you through basic fitness tests to create a baseline for you. From that, we'll create a strategic plan to reach your goals. At the end of the evaluation, you'll have a snapshot of your current fitness level. As you progress towards your goal, come back for additional evaluations to see the difference on paper. This service has a one-time fee. Each additional evaluation is complementary.

Make an appointment with Kevin for a customized, written workout to help you reach your goals. Together you will discuss your current routine and what changes you'd like to see in your body, then he will craft a workout to deliver results.

Work one-on-one with owner and Personal Trainer, Kevin Burns. Kevin is a former competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder with experience training all levels and ages. Personal training includes unlimited use of the cardio exercise equipment before or after your training session.
