All memberships require an initial $25 activation fee. You do not have to be a member to take advantage of classes or other services, such as Personal Training, Fitness Evaluations or Personalized Workouts.

Re-Activation Fees

If your membership lapses and wish to re-join there ia a $10 re-activiation fee, but no $25 registrain fee will be applied.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with owner and Personal Trainer, Kevin Burns. Kevin is a former competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder with experience training all levels and ages. Personal training includes unlimited use of the cardio exercise equipment before or after your training session.

Walk-in Classes

Starting at $5

No membership is required! Any and all who wish to attend our classes are welcome to join us. The left entrance to the Fitness Zone opens directly into our gymnasium and classroom. It is opened approximately 15 minutes prior to each class so students who are not members may enter the building. To read more about our current class offerings, visit the Classes page.

Fitness Evaluations

Make an appointment with Kevin or Brenda for a full evaluation. You'll have your metabolic rate tested, your body mass measured, and a strategic plan developed to reach your goals. At the end of the evaluation, you'll have a snapshot of your current fitness level. As you progress towards your goal, come back for additional evaluations to see the difference on paper. This service has a one-time fee. Each additional evaluation is complementary.

Personalized Written Workout

$30

Make an appointment with Kevin for a customized, written workout to help you reach your goals. We'll sit down to discuss your current routine, what changes you'd like to see in your body, and then craft a workout to deliver results.
